Payment Schedule:
- 60% deposit required at booking
- Remaining 40% paid 30 days before check-in
Cancellation policy:
- 100% refund* if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund* if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if canceled less than 30 days before check-in.
*Note: All cancellations incur a 6% credit card processing fee, and the $49 admin fee is non-refundable.
