Payment Schedule:

• 60% deposit required at booking
• Remaining 40% paid 30 days before check-in

Cancellation policy:

• 100% refund* if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
• 50% refund* if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
• No refund if canceled less than 30 days before check-in.

*Note: All cancellations incur a 6% credit card processing fee, and the $49 admin fee is non-refundable.
